The links at the right will take you to the the family records from various Bibles that I have purchased over the last few years, and which I continue to purchase. Once I have copied the records, I place the Bibles for sale on ebay, and try to notify the respective families about the existance of the Bibles. If a Bible does not sell on ebay, I will keep it, and indicate on the appropriate web page that it is still for sale. I try to maintain reasonable pricing on the Bibles.

I had a web site with all of the Bible data, but my website host 'lost' my files, so I am reconstructing them. When I get them back together and on-line, I will remove this note.

My interest in old family bibles grew out of a search for a 'reported' one for one of my families. A Bowers Family Bible from the late 1700s and early 1800s in New York. The last report was that the owner of the bible, who lived in California, died and no one knows the disposition of the bible. Sooooo . . . If you live in California, and you frequent antique shops (as I do here in NY state), please keep an eye out for an early 1800s Bowers Family Bible from NY state, possibly with some Connecticut data in it, too. I WANT IT. Thank you.
